A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT (PCA)
In this entry-level position, you help other members of our medical team so that we can provide high levels of care. Meeting the needs of our residents, you help bathe, feed, and groom them as well as answer call lights.
Without you, our services wouldn't be as efficient and much-needed care would be reduced. You feel a great sense of accomplishment as you positively impact the lives of those in need!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL NURSING ASSISTANT (NA)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willing to take an online 8-hour training before working the floor
- Willing to take a CNA class when offered
