Commercial Cleaner
Location: Raleigh, NC
Wage: $19-$22 per hour
Hours: 2nd shift (5pm-1am); Part time
Supervisor: Operations Manager
Overview: Neighbor Commercial Cleaning is looking for a committed and skilled person to ensure the successful execution of commercial cleaning. We are a part of the non-profit Neighbor to Neighbor. Our purpose is to create economic mobility in our community through accessible living-wage employment. It is essential that the person in this role is passionate about our mission. The ideal candidate will have the ability to balance cleaning efficiency and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Service Delivery
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and within the allotted time frames.
- Driving to different locations
2. Quality Assurance
- Identify and address any areas that require additional attention to meet client expectations
- Report any client feedback or quality issues to the supervisor promptly
3. Supplies & Equipment
- Properly use, maintain, and account for all assigned cleaning equipment throughout the shift.
- Organize and manage cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels and proper storage.
Requirements:
- Commercial cleaning experience
- Bi-lingual (english & spanish)
- Access to reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations
- Physical capacity to work for long hours and lift equipment
