Purpose The purpose of the Administrative Assistant II is to provide administrative support to the Clinic/Site, Clinic/Site Manager, and Lead Team and/or department. This position is eligible for the Staff Referral Program In this position you will: Provide administrative support for clinic/site/administrative office; Compose correspondence and meeting minutes; Process and code invoices. Answer incoming calls and respond or relay accordingly; Support and maintain site-specific and system-wide administrative processes; Establish, organize, and maintain files and records; Prepare materials for meetings, compose and assemble agenda items, and communicate meeting information to attendees. Coordinate meetings, retreats and special functions. Compile and prepare required work materials; Order office and janitorial supplies as well as printed business materials for site/department; Maintain inventory of office supplies, business forms, as well as other materials for site/department/organization; Perform other duties as assigned.
