- Personal Care Assistant position to assist Neighborhood PACE Day Health Center participants with personal care, restorative rehabilitation, meals, escort to medical appointments, and group and individual activities.
Actively contributes to the operations of the Day Center by contributing ideas for the activities program and offering suggestions to improve daily operations. NeighborHealth is the largest community health center in Massachusetts and one of the largest in the country.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 800 AM - 4 : 00 PM, includes a holiday rotation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assists with activities and with meal service and cleanup.
Provides supervision and encouragement when needed.
