Position Summary:
The Administrative Director of Vision, Dental, Nutrition, Patient Experience and Projects is responsible for overseeing the departments’ clinical care and practice operations in collaboration with the Medical Directors and Managers. The position includes day to day operations, Patient Experience initiatives and projects in participation with organizational committees and workgroups. Under the guidance of the VP Of Specialty Services and Patient Experience, Administrative Director will be responsible for the design and implementation of the department’s practice redesign efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- BS degree in health care or business administration required, Masters preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years healthcare experience as well as supervisory experience.
- Previous practice management skills.
