Full-Time; Monday to Thursday (7:30am-5:00pm), Friday 7:30am-12noon
Pay: $55,000-$75,000

Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the Neighborhood Dental culture by supporting your team and Doctors efforts that promote collaboration, productivity, learning, and inclusivity.
- Managing a team of around 20 while creating a high performing culture within the team!
- Bring a positive attitude to the team daily by encouraging staff and recognizing hard work.
- Accountable for performance management and evaluations for your team, through effective coaching and communication.
- Develop employees and their skill sets to expand the team capabilities and provide growth opportunities for future leaders!
- Assist in making hiring decisions and help throughout the recruitment process to build a team that supports the culture.
- Able to take initiative and work independently without supervision.
