Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000, depending on licensure and experience
Position Overview:
The Behavioral Health Clinical Manager supervises Behavioral Health team members and shares responsibility for the operational integrity of the department to ensure that patients receive timely, high quality behavioral health services. The Behavioral Health Clinical Manager also maintains a practice as a Behavioral Health Therapist for approximately 60% of allotted FTE.
Essential Duties:
Clinical Management (40% of FTE)
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to assigned Therapists and Interns, including monitoring performance objectives and appraisals.
- Provide regularly scheduled supervision with assigned supervisees for clinical case review, group supervision, discussion of performance, and other administrative matters.
- Manage program activities such as planning, staffing, and program implementation and updates, program development, quality assurance, and quality improvement.
Behavioral Health Therapist (60% of FTE)
- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients with complex behavioral health needs and diverse ages (children, adolescents, and adults) for 60% of worked time.

Qualifications
Education, Licensure, Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or related Clinical field required.
- Active and Unrestricted Licensure to practice independently and with a supervision designation in the State of Ohio. (LISW-S, LPCC-S)
- 4 years of experience as a Behavioral Health Therapist required.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, EPIC EMR/EHR, database management.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the use of electronic communication devices. Able to communicate effectively and with an appropriate level of cultural sensitivity.
- Experience providing clinical and training supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong provider-patient relationships.
- Demonstrated integrity and decision-making skills.
Essential Physical Demands and Working Environment:
- Office work environment, but able to be flexible with changing patient and work environment needs.
- Evening or occasional weekend work.
- Ability to walk, sit, and/or stand for extended periods of time. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
- Willingness to travel locally or between sites. Active Driver’s License and Insurance required.
