Job Description
- Assist in oral health and hygiene management of patients, including dental prophylaxis, scaling and root planning, sealant or fluoride application, through clinical treatment and education.
- Obtain baseline oral hygiene data and update in Patient’s EMR
- Keep patients safe by following appropriate infection prevention measures, cleaning and sanitizing dental equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Location: 3569 Ridge Rd., Cleveland, OH 44102
Moving to new Location on W130th and Lorain Spring 2025
Pay: $66k to $83k salary, based on experience and qualifications, plus $2000 sign on bonus.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Active Dental Hygienist Licensure in Ohio
- Active CPR Certification
- Experience in Oral Hygiene, Community Health preferred
- Ability to speak second language preferred
Salary : $66,000 - $83,000
