Compensation: $100,000 to $115,000. Based on experience and FTE.
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will have many opportunities to consider. NFP offers an opportunity to provide primary care to underserved and marginalized patients in a Community Health setting, attributing to personal and professional satisfaction.
Essential Duties:
- Clinical Practice: Perform patient assessment, using clinical judgement for the assessment, diagnosis, or treatment of patients, including prescribing medication or other treatments.
- Patient Education: Provide appropriate education to patients or family members to assist in the ongoing care and treatment of the patient. Update and modify plan of care as conditions evolve. Collaborate with community agencies to plan comprehensive care for patients served.
- Compliance: Maintain up to date and accurate patient records. Participate in annual chart review, biannual prescriptive review, regular peer review, or other performance improvement activities as assigned.
- Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in Nursing
- Current and unrestricted license in state of Ohio as Nurse Practitioner
- Board Certification (AANP or ANCC) in Family Medicine
- 2 years experience as healthcare practitioner strongly preferred
- Knolwedge of public health policy and practice
- Able to display appropriate cultural competencies and understanding for a diverse racial, cultural, and ethnic population
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
