What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker position at Neighborhood Health Association?
Neighborhood Health Association is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide mental health counseling to individuals that receive services in our Primary Care/Medically Assisted Treatment Program through the Recovery Community Resource Center providing outreach services to our community.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors in Social Work degree and active LSW in the state of Ohio
- Experience with treating individuals with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and co-occurring disorder
- Directly responsible to work with the care team to coordinate care, support clients and increase our capacity to serve clients
- Must be sensitive to cultural, religious and ethnic diversity
- Experience with community health and the underserved community in an SUD setting required
