Education And Skills To Be a Facilities Manager
Compensation: $75,000-$79,000 annually (based on a full time, 40 hour work week)
Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.

- Supervises and develops the maintenance team.
- Oversees day-to-day maintenance and operations of the building and grounds, ensuring systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and elevators are functioning properly.
- Negotiates and manages vendor contracts.
- Ensures compliance with health and safety standards for local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develops and implements preventative maintenance programs
