As Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, you will:
✓ Serve as the key business driver for the growth and overall success of the clinic, ensuring organization sustainability.
✓ Oversee the development and implementation of programs, practices, systems and operations for the organization in the areas of clinical quality, patient access, and patient satisfaction.
✓ Approve and monitor operating budgets, including information technology, and clinical departments, and control expenses to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
✓ Ensures all health information, business, and data analytic systems are seamlessly integrated into clinical workflows.
✓ Collaborate with NHC leadership team to manage the risks associated with clinic’s cost, liability, operations and identify opportunities to reduce risk, contain costs and improve the quality of healthcare.
Requirements:
• 6 years working knowledge of large, multi-site, outpatient healthcare administration and operations, with a managed care focus.
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration or related field required.
• Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Data Science, or related field preferred.
