The Psychiatrist will work to support the mission and vision of Neighborhood Healthcare by providing evaluations and medication management services to patients. This role will work with psychotherapists, primary care physicians, and adjunct support services staff. Additionally, this role will support the clinical supervision and professional growth of a psychiatric provider.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provides psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessment, evidence-based medication management and treatment, psycho-education, and follow-up to patients
- Provides health and behavioral health services
- Provides Medication Assisted Treatment to patients, as needed
- Provides personal information to and participates in the credentialing process with managed care companies
- Participates in process and program quality improvement initiatives
- Participates in case conferences, departmental or agency meetings, as directed
- Impacts patient experience by demonstrating values of Transforming Care including, but not limited to, courteous and helpful behavior and a commitment to accuracy
- Completes documentation timely, accurately, and locks notes within 48 hours
- Provides weekly clinical supervision to PMHNP, PA-C, or other advanced provider equivalent positions
- Shares accountability for overall patient health outcomes, working in coordination with Care Teams
- Operates to instill confidence in our care and in our facilities to patients, fellow employees, and other stakeholders

Salary Range : $299,541.11 - $366,105.80 per hour, depending on experience.
