The Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that efficient systems are in place, staff is properly trained, and revenue and cost effectiveness are maximized. The Site Supervisor implements and evaluates systems within the site that promotes quality of care, collects, organizes, and shares data with appropriate staff for continual quality improvement of operations. They also maintain awareness of factors that positively and negatively affect the patient experience, including personnel interactions in the work environment. In addition, the Supervisor will also direct and motivate stakeholders to take action that consistently delivers high quality patient care and an exceptional patient experience. This position will oversee our Valley Center and Interfaith clinics.

Pay range: $74,800 - $102,300 annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Schedules, prepares agenda, and facilitates monthly site operations meetings, including minutes and follow up items
- Collaborates with Site Manager or DO to review priorities and issues, as needed
- Participates in monthly operations meetings
- Assumes leadership for implementing organization policies and procedures at the site, including requirements of funding sources and grant programs
- Makes necessary recommendations or changes to increase patient show rates, improves patient flow, maximizes provider productivity, and monitors redesign implementation and results
- Communicates with site manager and/or clinical team to resolve scheduling or other site-specific problems that affect efficient functioning of site
- Reviews results of audits and monitors specific programs or issues
- Participates in supervisory, departmental, and special task forces as appropriate
- Shares pertinent information with direct reports, support staff, providers, and administration as needed to perform essential job functions
- Tracks all encounters and reconciles with the billing department; monitors daily cash receipts and resolve discrepancies
- Oversees support staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensures departments provide effective and efficient service to all stakeholders including patients and providers
- Provides leadership in professional development of staff, coordinating training in appropriate skills, technology, management, compliance, and other relevant areas
- Works with specialty specific coordinators to implement and monitor the effectiveness of specialty services at the specific site
- Fosters effective communication and teambuilding among staff to enhance employee and patient satisfaction
- Functions at highest level according to credentials and competencies
- Impacts patient experience by demonstrating values of transforming care including, but not limited to, courteous and helpful behavior and a commitment to accuracy
- Shares accountability for overall patient health outcomes, working in coordination with care teams
- Operates to instill confidence in our care and in our facilities to patients, fellow employees, and other stakeholders
- Participates in community events to represent Neighborhood and advocate for available programs and services, as needed
- Supervises front and back office
- Conducts various performance reviews for direct reports
- Provides appropriate counseling and disciplinary action when indicated and in a timely manner and maintains any documents and records of employee issues
- Recommends or makes decision to hire, transfer, promote, discipline or terminate employment
- Assesses training needs and promote developmental activities
- Conducts department meetings to promote communication, assess and resolve needs and foster teamwork
- Evaluates staff performance against job description criteria and competency assessment and provides guidance and coaching to develop an individual as well as a unit to highest potential
- Keeps staff informed of organizational activities and promote mission and goals
Education/Experience
- High school diploma/GED required
- Healthcare experience preferred
- BLS certificate required
- Completion of LEAP program preferred (Internal Only)
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including superior composition, typing and proofreading skills
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent planning and organizational ability
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Ability to work with highly confidential information in a professional and ethical manner
- Ability to lift/carry 25lbs/weight
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Pay range: $74,800 - $102,300 annually, depending on experience.
