This executive-level position will play a crucial role in advancing our mission, securing resources, and engaging the community. Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive development and communication strategy aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
- Fundraising : Identify, cultivate, and solicit major donors, corporate partners, and grant opportunities. Oversee the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns.
- Communications Strategy : Create and oversee the organization's communications strategy, including marketing, public relations, and digital presence, to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, donors, community leaders, and volunteers.
- Team Management : Lead and mentor the development and communications team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Data Analysis and Reporting : Utilize data to assess fundraising effectiveness and communicate outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage the annual budget for development and communications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
