The Branch Manager is responsible for assisting customers with opening a variety of new accounts and consumer installment lending in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Supervisor of all Universal Bankers in the Alexandria location. Responsible for selling additional products to customers and prospects and support the overall sales effort of the bank.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
· Assist sales in reviewing or performing market analysis to determine customer needs
· Train, schedule and oversee frontline operations to ensure a successful customer experience
* Assist customers with daily banking transactions and opening of new accounts as needed.
· Direct staffing, training and performance evaluations
· Analyze and control expenditures of the department to conform to budgetary requirements
· Present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public
· Monitor productivity of Universal Bankers
· Monitor service calls of employees, observing demeanor, technical accuracy and conformity to bank policies
· Address customer complaints and recommend corrective actions
· Communicate and follow up to ensure representatives are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actions
· Determine work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow
· Maintain harmony among workers and resolve grievances
· Encourage, engage and include staff in planning, decision-making, facilitating and process improvement, providing regular performance feedback
· Sell Treasury Management products and other commercial deposit accounts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
