Position Overview
We’re hiring a hands-on, driven Field Technician who enjoys solving problems, working on-site, and helping local businesses succeed. If you’re tech-savvy, reliable, and speak Spanish and English, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Install and set up Clover POS systems (Duo, Solo, Mini, Flex, Go) and Dejavoo terminals
- Run cables, mount access points, and configure routers and printers
- Troubleshoot issues with Wi-Fi, device connectivity, or apps
- Show owners how to use their system after install (walkthrough in Spanish/English)
- Take photos, notes, and document your work professionally
- Use company-provided tools like HelloTracks and Iris CRM (iPad)
- Meet business owners and explain features (no sales required)
- Be the face of Neighborhood Payments in the field
What You’ll Need
- Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi networks, cables, hardware, and smart devices
- Strong communication skills (bilingual Spanish/English preferred)
- A valid driver’s license and clean record
- Self-motivated and organized
- Willing to travel locally (company van provided)
