We are looking for a motivated, professional guest liaison to lead our front door in our upscale casual restaurant located in historic Georgetown. Although experience is a plus, we would be happy to train a interested individual who has a passion for the restaurant industry and for providing excellent customer service. The Sovereign is located in the vibrant Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C. and offers a menu defined by classic, ingredient-driven Belgian dishes that draw on French, German and Dutch cooking techniques and traditions. Specially sourced Dutch-style mussels, traditional flammekuchen (crispy flatbreads), and braises and stews such as Lapin a la Kriek (rabbit braised in cherry beer) alongside other classic, regional dishes serve as the core of the seasonally changing menu.
The Sovereign features 50 drafts and more than 350 bottles meticulously curated by Beverage Director, Greg Engert.
