Neighborhood Sushi provides guests an approachable sushi experience with influences of Texas flavors, Japanese design and Austin hospitality. Fresh & light soups, salads and small plates follow traditional sushi bar inspirations. Enjoy a selection of crispy seafood and local vegetable tempura on the Congress facing Sake Garden.
Nigiri in classic cuts of Japanese Red Snapper, Sea Bream and Santa Barbara Uni are complemented by vegetarian preparations of Texas Sweet Corn topped with togarashi & serrano, and specialty bites like the Caviar Oyster with Japanese uni, salmon roe & sake ponzu.
