in the construction and remodel industry. This person will be responsible for compiling estimates of how much it will cost to provide a client or potential client with products or services. He or she will do this by working out how much a project is likely to cost and create budgets accordingly. Full time, pay DOE

Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.Duties include : Meet with clients to determine factors affecting the job, such as budget, preferences, purpose and functionAnalyze and compile estimate data that impacts the cost of labor, materials, equipment requirements, location and other factors to ensure a high quality and timely estimateReview drawings, specifications and proposed project site conditions; record findings and solicit input from field operations to include final project estimateReview quantities to ensure accuracy of data used in estimatesAbility to work on multiple estimates simultaneouslyPrepare and complete sales contract for the clientAbility to provide valued input, feedback and creative solutions during pre-construction efforts to help steer cost certainty during the early stages of project developmentPresent estimate and participate in bid reviews with senior management to ensure accuracy and completenessCommunicate with owners, subcontractors, public and private entities to ensure competitivenessOrganizational skills are keyKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMust have knowledge of the construction industryProficiency with all MS Office Products (outlook, word, excel, PP, MS Project, etc.)Must be able to work within timeline / deadlinesKnowledge of building construction, materials and methodsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsMust be a team playerKeen attention to detailsMust be able to work within a budget
