As a Web Producer on the Digital Marketing team, a typical day for you will include:
- Work with writers, designers, and developers to ensure that content is optimized for search engines.
- Oversee the creation and publication of web content, ensuring it meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Use Monday.com ticketing system to organize and manage tickets, maintaining accurate and updated statuses from opening to completion.
- Work with local listings teams, marketing teams, and development teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across projects.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the organization’s web presence innovative and competitive.
- Perform user accessibility testing to ensure a smooth user

(Required qualifications)

Experience:
- 5 Years Digital Product or Digital Marketing Experience
- 3 years of experience in content authoring and publishing within common content management platforms, such as Drupal or WordPress.

Skills:
- Strong understanding of content repository structures, workflows, and distribution capabilities.
- Strong understanding of digital asset management best practices.
- Strong analytics experience, including hands-on experience with Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of SEO and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Strong understanding of content targeting and personalization practices.
- Skilled in project management, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity/comfort with eCommerce technology, including API-driven content.
- Self-starter. Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Related Field
- Schedule / in-office requirements: Neighborly to fill out based on role.
