    Qualifications

  • Experience :

    • Journeyman HVAC license or 2 years of experience

  • Ability to obtain a license within 2 years if unlicensed
  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Skills & Abilities :

    • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, boilers, heat pumps, geothermal, mini-splits, rooftop units)

  • Diagnose and resolve system issues proactively
  • Lift / move up to 50 lbs regularly and work in various conditions (tight spaces, ladders, extreme weather)
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and insurable driving record

    • Schedule

  • Work Hours : Monday - Friday, 7 : 45 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. (Seasonal overtime as needed)
  • On-call rotation : Evenings and weekends (rotates daily and averages one weekend per month)

    • Salary : $28 - $35
