Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, hardscaping, and seasonal clean-ups.
- Lead and mentor a crew of laborers, ensuring efficient and quality-focused work.
- Collaborate with clients and management to bring landscape designs to life.
- Operate and maintain specialized landscaping equipment and tools.
- Manage project timelines, materials, and budgets to meet client expectations.
- Ensure safety standards and best practices are upheld at all times.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience in Landscaping.
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment such as skid steers and trenchers.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must have atleast 6 years of licensed driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of hardscape installation, lawn care, and plant care.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving and a passion for outdoor design.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
