Responsibilities:
- Greet and coordinate with guests or clients when required.
- Oversee property access details and coordinate door codes and guest access procedures.
- Schedule repairs with handymen or service providers.
- Schedule inspections during property vacancies.
- Use problem-solving skills to mediate and resolve issues effectively.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent service industry experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- Reliable transportation and the ability to drive.
