We are seeking a Teller Member Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping members by providing product and service information, teller functions and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Process all teller transactions for members..
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services and recognize opportunities for cross-selling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in financial institution, customer service, sales, cash handling, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with members
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Flexible work schedule
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual - Spanish is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
