Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Manages the implementation of new programs, projects or workflows within the health center. Maintains project management templates and tools to communicate progress of the project.
• Collaborates across all departments to improve organizational efficiencies with workflow design that is mission-minded. Develops, documents, trains and supports teams in implementation of new workflows.
• Facilitates communication across departments to ensure understanding of the share of a project and identify each department’s role. Holds teams members accountable for committed work.
• Develops workflows that are compliant with quality programs such as Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), Federal Tortes Claims Act (FTCA), Uniform Data Set (UDS), and organizational goals. Supports submission needs for these quality programs.
• Coordinates and reports on partnerships with neighborhood businesses or other institutions that contribute to the organization’s resources.

Compensation :

84,000 - $88,000 annual salary (based on a full time, 40 hour work week)

Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.
