Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Senior Specialist, Kroll Central Maintenance to join our expanding Pharmacy Strategy team, to support the continued growth and automation of our over 300 acquired Pharmacy locations across Canada! We have support offices located in ON, MB and SK, however this role can be located anywhere in Canada.

This role is remote, and may require travel into the office for meetings as required by department leaders.
Job Description:
This individual will report to the Senior Director, Rx Commercial Strategy and Payor Relations, and will be responsible for maintenance and support of the Kroll Central Maintenance platform. The successful candidate will ensure seamless and optimized operations of the pharmacy management software across our diverse network of pharmacies. This position requires a strong Kroll technical background and elevated knowledge of the pharmacy landscape across Canada.
Responsibilities:
Software and Technical Support:
Perform regular system updates
Standardize Kroll configurations to ensure all systems are operating optimally.
Monitor system performance and security to identify and resolve potential issues proactively, minimizing downtime for users.
Ensure all software operations comply with legal and regulatory standards within the pharmacy industry in Canada.
Develop various pharmacy hierarchies.
Develop detailed job aides and training programs to support store teams
Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, system modifications and user support interactions.
Identify, audit, and roll-out physical store infrastructure
Provide trouble shooting and support for Neighbourly Pharmacies experiencing issues with software functionality, including drug card maintenance and adjudication issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Facilitate cross-functional reviews to ensure collaboration and improved pharmacy workflow
Partner with IT teams to identify, standardize and implement Kroll updates.
Partner with finance to provide standardized reporting
Qualifications & Skills:
Registered Pharmacist or experienced healthcare professional with in-depth knowledge of pharmacy retail operations, reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
5 years of experience with Kroll.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Strong team player with the ability to lead, influence, and solve problems as they arise within diverse functional groups
