What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive BDC position at Neil Huffman Auto Group?
Neil Huffman is currently in search of a qualified Automotive BDC for our Frankfort Honda location. A successful candidate will be responsible for handling Internet Service Leads, Inbound phone calls, and customer retention for the service center.
Daily responsibilities may include:
- Create appointments
- Following up with online service appointment leads
- Customer service representatives
- Keeping clients informed of current recalls on vehicles
- Following up with clients after services have been performed
- Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer's customer satisfaction index (CSI)
