Neil Kelly is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support our team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform. Working closely with management and the user community, the Administrator will identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. This position combines technical project coordination, administration, report writing, and Salesforce analysis. The Administrator will also document processes and provide staff training as needed.
This is a hybrid role. Candidate must live in the Portland, OR metro area.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and maintain enterprise applications to ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance.
- Provide daily technical support, identifying and resolving system issues.
- Administer user access, permissions, and roles while ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Ensure data integrity and security through regular audits and updates.
- Plan and execute upgrades, seasonal releases, and long-term projects.
- Set sharing rules and organization-wide defaults.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and implement process automation to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations, etc.) to optimize system usage and fulfill reporting requirements.
- Maintain thorough documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide training and support to users, empowering self-service reporting and onboarding new users.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
