Your Role
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for the overall administration and follow-up of training associates within the fulfillment center in partnership with the department lead and supervisor. You will report to the Training Manager and will work on-site at our Pinnacle Park location.
What You'll Do
- Trainers will provide the following support for new hires within the facility :
On-the-job training : Trainers will spend two weeks with each new hire conducting on-the-job training
