As a Support Administrator, you will be responsible for organization and administrative tasks to support sales performance and bottom-line profitability with our Operations team. You will work on-site and you will report to the Senior Operations Manager.

Your Role
As a Support Administrator, you will be responsible for organization and administrative tasks to support sales performance and bottom-line profitability with our Operations team. You will work on-site and you will report to the Senior Operations Manager.
What You'll Do
- Complete cash and check reconciliation daily
- Complete daily sales audits and reconcile cash office profile register drawer
- Lead and support all bank deposits and banking needs
- Manage red bags and media handling
- Complete WHIRL inquiries as assigned
- Support tax exempts and sales tax record needs
- Support the marketing exceptions process
- Support resolution of escalated customer credit inquiries and credit disputes
- Provide backup to Sales Support Assistant and Service Concierge
- Prior retail experience recommended
- Experience in handling money and excellent customer service skills
- Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds
- Associates must be able to work a schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
