Your Role
As the Shoot Coordinator, you will coordinate photo shoots from when merchandise is received, to post-production. You will collaborate with Sample Coordinators to ensure merchandise arrives and is returned in good condition and timely.
You'll develop and maintain strong working relationships with our external and internal partners. You will work onsite at the Pinnacle Studios in Dallas, TX. You will report to the Shoot Coordination Supervisor.

Your Role

What You’ll Do
- You will work with the Buying Offices to confirm samples for photo shoots
- You’ll partner with the Buying Offices to confirm shoots, enforce deadlines, and resolve issues
- You’ll interact with Photographers, Photo Assistants, Stylists, and Art Directors for priorities and rushes
- You will monitor and spearhead rush photography and returns
- Receive merchandise back after shoot, inspect contents, and report any discrepancies
- Manage images post photo shoot, including re-shoots, rush images, color swatching, and color corrections
- You’ll pack and accurately document merchandise for shipping per specifications and return merchandise to vendor, Buying Office, or Warehouse
- You will utilize the Plum Slice database, updating current information on samples and photography status
- Additional responsibilities assigned to you by your Supervisor or Manager as necessary
- Previous experience or experience in retail, service, or other fast paced environments a plus
- Strong follow-up and follow-through to make sure all tasks are taken to full completion
- Able to prioritize effectively, multi-task, problem-solve and work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office properties
- Plum Slice knowledge a plus, but not required
- Able to lift to 30 lbs.
