Neiswonger Construction, Inc. is looking to hire a full time General Contractor.
Location: 17592 Route 322 Strattanville, PA 16258
Responsibilities: All aspects of a construction project, from start to finish.
- Planning and scheduling: Creating a construction schedule and timeline
- Obtaining permits: Applying for the necessary permits and licenses to ensure compliance with local laws
- Providing materials and equipment: Ensuring the project has the necessary materials and equipment
- Estimating costs: Providing cost estimates and controlling project expenses
- Ensuring safety: Monitoring the worksite to ensure safety and compliance with state safety regulations
- Maintaining records: Keeping records of work performed
- Communicating with supervisors: Explaining construction plans and providing expert advice
- Performing inspections: Ensuring that all necessary inspections are completed
- Maintaining the work site: Keeping the work site secure and organizing the removal of trash and debris
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
