General Contractor

Neiswonger Construction, Inc. is looking to hire a full time General Contractor.

Location: 17592 Route 322 Strattanville, PA 16258

Responsibilities: All aspects of a construction project, from start to finish.

• Planning and scheduling: Creating a construction schedule and timeline
• Obtaining permits: Applying for the necessary permits and licenses to ensure compliance with local laws
• Providing materials and equipment: Ensuring the project has the necessary materials and equipment
• Estimating costs: Providing cost estimates and controlling project expenses
• Ensuring safety: Monitoring the worksite to ensure safety and compliance with state safety regulations
• Maintaining records: Keeping records of work performed
• Communicating with supervisors: Explaining construction plans and providing expert advice
• Performing inspections: Ensuring that all necessary inspections are completed
• Maintaining the work site: Keeping the work site secure and organizing the removal of trash and debris

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
