What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member/Customer Service coordinator position at NEJAME & SONS?
Customer service/ Dispatcher position .
Duties include:
Customer interaction phone, email and in person
Being able to understand their issue and services needed to solve the customers problem.
Computer entry using structured and supported industry software.( We will train you)
Scheduling and dispatching technicians.
Reviewing and resolving customer accounts.

Position requires:
Full time Monday-Friday Saturday's between April 15- October 15. (8:00 am-2:00 pm) October 15 - April 15 Full time Monday-Friday 40 hour work week
Computer skills and the understanding of general business software including Word/WordPerfect.
Ability to communicate calmly to clients .
Ability to work in a team environment a must.
