Quality Manager – Drive Excellence, Lead Innovation

Note: This position offers a hybrid work arrangement. On-site presence at our Wisconsin Rapids/Nekoosa, WI facilities will be required and will vary depending on business needs and project demands.

As the Quality Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our commitment to delivering best-in-class quality performance. You’ll lead the charge in ensuring every product and process not only meets but exceeds our customer expectations. By building a high-performing team and championing a culture of continuous improvement, you’ll directly impact operational success, customer satisfaction, and our bottom line.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of skilled quality engineers
  • Fostering a collaborative, solution-oriented culture focused on quality and cost-saving innovation
  • Overseeing and enhancing our Quality Management System (QMS) across all locations
  • Driving site and corporate Q-metric performance to >99.5% and closing quality claims within 20 days
  • Spearheading quality investigations, corrective actions, and root cause analysis
  • Developing and maintaining a quality dashboard that keeps leadership informed and aligned
  • Reducing customer quality credits by 10% in 2025 and again in 2026
  • Introducing at least three innovative quality improvement technologies/methodologies in the next year
  • Partnering cross-functionally with teams including R&D, Engineering, Sales, and Production

What You’ll Bring

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Paper Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field
  • 7 years of experience in quality management or engineering roles
  • 3 years of leadership experience within operational or manufacturing environments
  • A strategic, data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and act on insights
  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and doing things better every day
