What You’ll Do :
Lead quality investigations and corrective action projects to resolve site complaints and systemic issues.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes within the Quality Management System (QMS) .
Drive continuous improvement through regular feedback loops and data-driven quality initiatives.
Manage and enhance a quality dashboard that tracks key metrics across sourcing, development, manufacturing, and shipping.
Ensure corporate and site-level Q-Metric performance of >
99.6% , with claim closure rates under 20 days.
Conduct audits, inspections, and data analysis to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Interface with customers and suppliers to proactively address quality concerns and drive product / process improvements.
Oversee the MRB (Material Review Board) process , ensuring efficient lot status control and disposition.
Provide technical training and guidance to teams on quality best practices, standards, and tools.
What We’re Looking For :
Education : Associate or Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering (Paper Science, Chemistry), Printing, Manufacturing, or a related field .
Experience : Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing , preferably within a Quality department and customer-facing role.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in quality management software, root cause analysis, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel .

Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
