Part-time or full-time Head Bartender & Server with knowledge of fine dining service, wine, whiskey, steak, and seafood.
- Some management experience is preferred as the job requirements include managing a team.
- Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Ensured a clean working environment for customers as well as other employees.
- Successfully train new staff.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service when serving guests at tables or at the bar.
- Successfully trained all new bar staff.
We are looking for an individual to work with
- 7Shifts (scheduling)
- Tripleseat (private party inquiry)
- Toast (POS) platforms.
This position enables an individual to be scheduled tipped and hourly wage shifts. Overtime and custom bonus structures to match your strengths and interests are available.
We would be excited to work with you if you are motivated, professional, and like to geek out about food and wine.
Applicants MUST have prior experience in a full-service fine dining restaurant and be able to work weekends and holidays.
Due to our extensive training, we seek at least a two-year commitment after the 90-day trial period.
The position is for candidates open to management AND server/bartender shifts.
