Nekton Autism - Nekton Autism is dedicated to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum aged 0 to 21. Our mission is to empower every child on the autism spectrum to thrive and live independently and enable our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BT's) to execute their paramount mission of delivering unparalleled Applied Behavior Analysis.
We are seeking a Full-Time Clinical Supervisor to play a pivotal role in our growth. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, writing assessment reports, training new BCBA/BT staff, initiating cases, and reviewing and providing feedback on data and session notes created by BCBAs and BTs. The focus will be on ensuring new cases run smoothly to meet the needs of our expanding client base and to ensure quality assurance and quality of service for current clients.
(This role is currently fully remote but may in the future have opportunities for a hybrid mix when location of clients is close enough to have an in-person session or going down to clients home)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments for new and existing clients
- Prepare comprehensive assessment reports promptly
- Train new BCBA/BT hires on setting up and using the data collection app, data entry, session note conversion, and ABA methodology
- Initiate new cases to ensure smooth operations
- Review and provide feedback on data and session notes from BCBA’s and BT’s
- Make monthly check-in calls with families.
- Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to ensure quality assurance and service excellence for current clients.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field
- Current BCBA license
- NY-LBA Certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a supervising BCBA.
- Strong proficiency in preparing detailed assessment reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments
- Excellent clinical competence and judgment
