Nel's Bi Lo Market in Pocatello, ID is looking for a cashier to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 333 N. 15th. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers entering and leaving the business
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Accurately process all cash and credit payments
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including opening, closing and weekends.
- Store is open 7am - 9pm (8pm winters) Monday through Saturday. Closed Sundays.
- Shifts you could work is 7 am - 2pm or 2pm - close.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work weekends and closing shifts (until about 10 pm)
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
PLEASE NOTE: all candidates that are hired will be hired for a 2-6 week training/trial period at $9.00 hour. Final wage will be determined based on experience and performance during the trial/training period.
