Our brands include SCP Science, Chem Service, Bernd Kraft, OREAS, Chem-Lab, Northeast Laboratories and BioTRADING and we support customers in a wide range of industries from Industrial to environmental and animal health.
Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Customer Success Representative. The role will sit onsite at our brand-new facility located in Bedford, NH.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Representative to manage account creation, custom quotes and order processing among other customer facing activities. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator, both verbally and in writing, and will possess a positive attitude and a drive to tackle challenges. This role requires experience in customer service, especially in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate would have a basic knowledge of Organic Chemistry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer quotes and orders efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone and email communications.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
- Proven ability to handle challenges and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Experience working in a multicultural team is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
