Our vertical market penetration expands to any business that does commercial cooking including restaurants, hotels, hospitals, long term care, K-12 schools, colleges & universities, corporate offices, entertainment venues & more.

What you will bring to NELBUD.
- Successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Controls or Life Safety solutions and service sales experience is a big plus
- Consultative selling approach
- Willingness and ability to work with a hands-on approach
- Previous experience working with CRM programs
- Ability to access plenum areas, rooftops, electrical closets, and mechanical rooms. Be able to use a ladder, inspection tools, and camera as needed
Here are a few things you will be responsible for.
- Full cycle selling which includes prospecting, qualifying, discovery meetings, site visits, proposal building, and closing new business in a B2B environment.
- Target our key verticals which are restaurants, hotels, hospitals, long-term care, K-12 schools, colleges & universities, corporate offices, entertainment venues & more.
- Conduct physical visits to customer locations with a demonstrated working knowledge of the applicable local, municipal, and NFPA code requirements.
- Work with prospects in a consultative capacity as a life safety expert.
