Your Typical Day
- Operate multiline phone system and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Schedule both new and recurring services
- Verification of technician notes before and after every service
- Morning job reviews from the previous night and handling any customer inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing NELBUD
What Will You Bring?
- High school diploma or GED; and six months related experience
- Ability to regularly meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize jobs and multitask
- NetSuite, ServiceTrade, SalesForce, Contact Management System, Word processing system, and Gmail
- Desire to continuously build knowledge and skills
