Duties
- Manage all phases of electrical projects, including planning, execution, and closure.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera and Bluebeam.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare construction estimates and budgets for electrical installations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Review contracts and manage contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and vendors.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
