What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1st Floor Sales Associate Cashier position at Nell Hills?
We are looking for a friendly Sales Associate to join our sales floor team in assisting guests with finding the décor of their dreams! A successful candidate is motivated to provide a superior guest experience. Under the guidance of Nell Hill's Leadership team, the consultant / cashier is responsible for ensuring that sales goals are achieved by supporting and executing brand standards. This will include assisting with guests' needs, offering product knowledge, merchandising, handling transactions, and maintaining a neat and visually inspiring boutique environment. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be available to work weekends.
Our store hours are :
Mon - Sat : 10AM-6PM
Sun : 12PM - 5PM
Requirements :
Positive and friendly attitude
Ability to stand / sit for extended periods of time
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Available on weekdays / weekends / holidays
