Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Assist with bussing tables, helping to keep the dining area clean and organized.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, striving to enhance their dining experience.
Skills
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
