Customer Service Representative – Email & Live Chat Focus
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers through email, ticketing systems, and live chat. Your primary role is to provide timely, helpful, and professional responses to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via digital communication channels. Whether helping someone register to bid, answering questions about auction items, or assisting with pickup scheduling, you’ll be a problem-solver and brand ambassador in every interaction.
You’ll support multiple locations across three time zones — including six Nellis Auction sites and our off-site partners — in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy, efficiency, and tone matter.
This is not a traditional call center role — our focus is on written communication, making this a great fit for those who excel at staying organized, multitasking across platforms, and delivering excellent service through clear, concise writing and problem solving.

- Multiple Weekday and Weekend Shifts Available | 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Sample Shift:
- Saturday–Tuesday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Wednesday–Saturday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of excellent customer service skills are required
- Excellent computer, typing, grammar and livechat skills are required
- Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred proficient written response
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, in the event a item needs to be pulled from the warehouse
- Great attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to multitask, be self-motivated and work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to type 60 WPM is preferred
- Must have outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
