The Lot Attendant serves as the first point of contact for customers arriving at our facility to pick up their items. This role requires professionalism, strong customer service skills, and the ability to assist customers efficiently. The Lot Attendant will be responsible for scheduling customer appointments as needed, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, this position involves working in a warehouse environment and using associated equipment safely and effectively. Other warehouse duties may be assigned by the supervising manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide professional, friendly service.
• Process refunds and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
• Schedule and manage customer appointments as needed.
• Utilize warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as directed by management.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Employees will have daily performance goals which will be critical to success.
  
  

Requirements

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• 2 years of proven customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain self-motivated.
• Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
