The Warehouse Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the facility, including team members and the management team. The role will ensure the efficient and effective operation of the front office area, as well as greet and assist any visitors, vendors or service providers. The Administrative Assistant will manage the front office of the facility, send and receive mail and other deliveries, assist the management team with a variety of tasks and projects, and act as an extension of the off-site People & Culture (HR) Team, which will help drive team morale and company culture through engagement activities and initiatives.

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent - Required
- Associates degree or additional experience - Preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative assisting experience
- Experience/comfortability with general human resource administrative responsibilities
- Ability to uphold high standards of confidentiality and discretion including by not limited to management of sensitive employee information, confidential/proprietary company information, etc.
- High level of time management and critical thinking skills
- Ability to assist with employee onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite, email, and general internet-based research
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented to ensure accuracy of data entry, filing, etc.
- Must have excellent communication skills to collaborate and work effectively with a wide array of employees and business leaders
- Manage procurement, storage and utilization of office supplies and equipment.
- Responsible for general office upkeep and other duties as assigned by the General Manager
- Assist with various accommodations (i.e. travel arrangements, meeting space, catering, etc.) for various leaders including company executives.
- Assist the Customer Service team with resolving customer-related issues.
- Willing and able to work in various warehouse operations, as needed and as directed by the General Manager based on business need
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment consistently for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be dependable and have excellent attendance and reliability.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
