What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Manager position at NELLOS SPECIALTY MEATS?
·Be friendly, outgoing and able to communicate well with others.
·Must be able to multitask and be good with numbers.
·Must be able to work jobs that are at fast pace and require repetitive motion.
·Positions require labeling various products, able to work with a POS system.
·Must be able to work in the cold (45-60° Fahrenheit).
·Must be able to stand up to 8 hours per day. Walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling and ability to lift minimum 50 lbs. or more is required.
·Ability to confidently operate a wide variety of production line equipment and machinery.
·Applicants will be wearing all proper safety equipment and must adhere to good manufacturing practice guidelines.
·Prior experience is a plus but not necessary. Willing to train.
·English is required (reading, writing and speaking).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
