Sausage Maker Associate

```Duties```​
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Package and label food products for storage or distribution
- Maintain a clean and organized​ Sausage kitchen environment
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations, including OSHA and HACCP guidelines
- Sanitize work areas and equipment regularly

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a​ Sausage kitchen setting, is preferred
- Knowledge of meat ​grinding and the safe use of knives
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
